What Is MMA Strikers Training?

MMA Strikers is a fitness-focused MMA class that combines striking and grappling concepts from Mixed Martial Arts into a challenging and engaging workout.

While MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling both standing and on the ground, MMA Strikers adapts these techniques for fitness, learning, and self-defence — not competition.

Training includes pad work, bag work, conditioning, drills, and light, controlled contact sparring designed to help students apply techniques safely.

What You’ll Do in MMA Strikers Classes

Pad Work & Bag Work

Classes include structured pad work and heavy bag training using MMA-inspired striking techniques. This improves power, accuracy, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness.

Circuit Training & Conditioning

You’ll complete high-intensity circuits designed to improve:

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Agility

  • Mobility

Each session delivers a true full-body workout.

Controlled Contact Sparring & Drills

MMA Strikers includes light, controlled contact sparring where students can apply techniques in a supervised and respectful environment.

There is no hard sparring and no pressure to go beyond your comfort level. Intensity is managed by the instructor to keep training safe and productive.

Is MMA Strikers About Competition?

No. MMA Strikers is not a competition program.

Many adults join for fitness — and stay for the confidence and culture.
