Training Approach
Grap Strikers training is structured, progressive, and hands-on. Classes are designed to build confidence, control, and physical conditioning while keeping training engaging and enjoyable.
Sessions include:

Learn the fundamentals of BJJ

Technical instruction and drilling
-
Live grappling and controlled sparring (“rolling”)

Situational training combining striking and grappling
-
Self-defence scenarios involving clinch and ground positions

Structured training designed to challenge students and accelerate progress
This approach prepares students for realistic situations where both striking and grappling may be required.
What You Will Learn
Students develop a wide range of practical skills, including:
Takedowns, throws, sweeps, submissions, escapes, ground control, striking attacks and defences, weapons defence, and more.
All techniques are taught with a strong emphasis on safety, awareness, and control, making the program suitable for beginners through to experienced martial artists.
Fitness, Confidence & Community
Grap Strikers is an excellent full-body workout, improving strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination. Beyond fitness, students gain confidence, mental resilience, and problem-solving skills in a supportive training environment.
